  • How can I check in? What time is it for check-in and check-out?
  • Hostel / Cottage - Check-in from 16 or by agreement. Check-out no later than 11. Do you arrive early or late? Contact us in advance and we will solve it! It is possible to leave luggage before check-in.

On the day of arrival send an sms with clear instructions on how to check in with a code for the front door and access to your room / cottage. 

  • Camping - Check-in takes place via mobile and is possible from kl. 15. Ucheck-in takes place no later than 13 on the day of departure.
  • When is the reception open?

During high season and weekends, the reception in Gula Villan is open at 9-11. Other times we have a so-called "unmanned reception" where we are available on the mobile if you have any questions or need help with something.

  • What cancellation policies apply? When and how do I pay?

The booking conditions are always clearly confirmed with each booking. We apply different cancellation rules depending on whether it is a regular price or a special offer or a package. For conferences and rental of the entire house, special booking and payment terms apply, which are specified in the quote.

When booking online, payment is made directly at the time of booking. On site you can pay by credit card, swish or cash.

  • Do you allow pets?

We do not allow pets in the Station, the Yellow Villa or the cottage. However, pets are welcome in some of the rooms with their own entrance in the Annex at Gula Villan.

  • Includes bed linen / towel and departure cleaning?

In all our rooms, bed linen, towels and departure cleaning are always included in the price. In the cottage it is not included in the price, but it is possible to rent linen / towel and get help with departure cleaning of the cottage.

  • Is breakfast included? No, breakfast is not included. You choose whether you want to prepare your own breakfast in the guest kitchen or order breakfast. During high season and weekends, we serve a rich breakfast buffet in Gula Villan. If only a few guests have ordered breakfast, we will fix a breakfast bag that is placed in the guest kitchen's fridge.
